My one-on-one headshot session is designed to create a marketing tool that will capture the attention of industry professionals and launch your career forward. During our session, I focus on your natural expressions and make you feel comfortable to use your creativity. I become a director and coach you towards an engaging headshot that works perfectly for you.
To do this, we will shoot multiple outfits in order for you to have plenty of options to choose from. We’ll edit and evaluate the marketability of the images as we go and make sure that we’re capturing every angle we need. By the end of the session, you’ll have a wide array of expressions, outfits, and poses – all captured perfectly by my high resolution camera and carefully crafted lighting setup.
After the session, we’ll narrow down the images to around the top 20, or I can send you the proofs and you can narrow them down to the top 20 on your own time. From there, I will create a password-protected online gallery where your industry contacts can vote on their favorite headshots.
After you’ve made your final selections, I will carefully retouch and edit your two top selections from the session for free.
I will travel to your business location and set up my portable studio to take your corporate headshot. We can work one-on-one with you to create a package of marketing images, ranging from casual shots to executive leadership style images. Or, I can take an excellent headshot in just 10 minutes out of your busy day. If you have a whole team of people who need professional headshots, I can shoot everyone in slots throughout the day. Whatever your needs are, I am able to come to you and supply you with the photography you need to promote yourselves! My residential studio is located just off the red line in Washington, DC. It’s comfortable, well prepared and complete with professional studio equipment. There are lots of advantages to shooting indoors with studio lights: air conditioning, great music, huge computer monitor, bathroom, full length mirror right next to you as you shoot, food, and no need to reschedule due to bad weather! I love the polished studio look, as you can probably tell.
